You should listen to Brian Halla's justification for this move and how NSM benefited from the CYRX aquisition on the CC. Looks like the analysts are completely sold on it.

NSM lost $35 million on $50 million in CYRX sales with little hope of a quick turnaround. It takes guts to admit you were wrong and move on. I say great move!!
