Once trading begins, anything can happen.

You are confusing share price with value-per-share. In the short-run, sometimes they match, sometimes they don't. In the long-run, they generally do. I'm not saying the dilution will make the short-term price go one way or the other, I'm simply saying that your stock has been diluted. Same assets, 100M extra shares, dilution.

Again, I'm not saying that because of this the price tomorrow or the day after will be up or down or at such-and-such a number. As for the long-term, I think I've been pretty clear on what I see as the actual value of this company. In that sense, the dilution makes no difference other than to those who issued the shares, ie, the insiders.

Aw c'mon. This thing is a non-reporting bulletin board operation that has devoted time, effort, money, and website space to threatening an SIer with a lawsuit.

Clever of them to avoid the 'rollback' word, though.
