I have had lots of frustrations with the quality of ETRADE and have been looking for another provider...

well, Steven Marshall finally called me this week... and showed me that ETRADE is in fact committed to retaining its customer. I don't think I've worked with a more pleasant, genuine customer service mgr
and portions of my work life have been spent in his same position.

I've been a loyal customer of Etrade despite all their problems for a couple years and have given them over $22,000 in commissions.. $2,000+ just in the last month... looks like I'll be remaining a customer for quite some time..

just goes to show that a sincere attitude and willingness to understand customers' feelings goes a long way.

And no, we didn't get a cut in our commission rate... lol
