MM, You will notice that I don't post to much relevant information about CSCO on SI. This is by design. I disagree strongly with your assessment of CSCO's management, but you are certainly entitled to your opinion. It would not be proper for me to comment beyond that. I would also suggest that you might not have a complete view to CSCO's strategy concerning the switches and that I doubt that too many of CSCO's customer's were surprised by the press release. I posted a message to you yesterday on the LU thread about the MX1000. What do you think LU's plans are for that product? Do you think that it is wise for them to have duplicate product development efforts on product lines where there is significant overlap? What if LU discontinues the MX1000? Will you level the same criticism at LU's management? I will point out that my strong point is somewhere else besides layer 2 switches (though I know a little), so maybe there isn't overlap. But on a spec sheet.... Regards, JXM

Mizzou Obviously you have never worked in the business world, let alone in a professional capacity. Your lack of knowledge really shows. Chambers is one of the best CEO's that I have ever known. I'd like to see you perform as well before you go spouting off. You are starting to act like the other few morons on SI. You have no credibility on this thread! I hope you closed your short position, you are about to get your clock cleaned! Good investing! Eric
