CAOL is in the right place (CHINA) at the right time (CHINESE INTERNET GROWTH IS HUGE) in the right areas (CHINESE LOTTERY and BUDDING E-COMMERCE)....being one of the first is a huge advantage for the future

Tex,

After an extensive conversation with the CEO yesterday, I must tell you that I have rarely spoken to a gentlemen that covers his bases better than Bruce. He is a premier and responsible strategist that knows he has a great advantage in already being in China. He will not screw things up.

Remember they were awarded the first offshore License in China for the internet lottery and also are among the very first operating ISP's in a province there of 100 million people. In fact theonly "competitors" are (3) Government run ISP's that are very inefficient.

Competition is not there and he is poised to do things right, and get additional Licenses into other major cities and provinces. I believe he knows how to play the game and I believe CAOL is in the right place (CHINA) at the right time (CHINESE INTERNET GROWTH IS HUGE) in the right areas (CHINESE LOTTERY and BUDDING E-COMMERCE)

He impressed me, because he is like me....that is, he would rather do things right even if it takes extra time. When we see a PR, it will be substantial and meaningful.

He is a strategist and he is making sure he takes maximum advantage of his contacts in China.

He seeks careful legal opinion on each step.

He knows the Chinese and the inherent rewards and risks

Beside the 200 kiosk side of things, they have aligned themselves on the ISP side (remember this is the other area besides the Internet kiosk lottery) with a Chinese team who already has a presence there. The Chinese gentlemen running the show has a PHD from a U.S. University, and is payed on a modest, restricted stock incentive basis. Stock is restricted one year and it is also incentive based in that it is also based on numbers of kiosks that get placed, etc.

He knows how to play the game and open more doors for the future.

I do not impress easily. The CEO of CAOL impresses me.
