I think the problem here is that too much of the business is tied to the moribund silicon producers business. There is really no hope the demand for silicon will exceed the supply for at least a year, no matter what happens in the device market. Volume production of 300mm would help, but not that much. The other big segment is in the DD head business and things look a little better there, but that is too small a percentage of the whole business to help. On the bright side, they seem to have a fair list of open positions to fill (check their web page). Willingness to hire in this business climate says they have some faith in the future, anyway. olduvai5
