Gold is traded on the COMEX with much interest given to MB's favorite indicator....entrails! Charts are a must, along with open interest and a few other indicators. Ain't sayin' it's right, but that's the way the game is played. Fundamentals have meant 0 to gold for a couple of years....because the market has been pushed down by CBs flooding the market with leased out gold. that is why i believe GS, ML and the other shorters have been hammering the xau down to the point where only a small minority have any faith left at all in gold. Now they buy gold stocks and if/when they have to cover their short position, they make mucho $$$$ in the xau. They always win.
