The only way we can "disagree" about there being dilution is if you don't believe more shares are being issued. Yes, we may well disagree on the effect on stock price, but unless that PR is going to be retracted, there will be 100M more shares competing for investing dollars. Assumptions again LOSER. Explain why moving the properties into another entity means dilution.
