Where are the financials...

Long overdue, anxiously expected and eagerly anticipated, the financials are nowhere to be seen. When and if they are released, they will undoubtedly be carefully scrutinized. There are, however, areas that warrant special attention.

Related Party Disclosures. We have seen that BVEX/FTFR was not forthcoming with disclosing related party deals (Come to think of it, neither was ECTS)...with common corporate officers, IR outfits, auditors, market makers, lawyers, touts and promoters, the companies in the Amber/International Asset Management stable all fall under Cragun & Co.'s sphere of influence.

ZSUN's blue-chip client list includes CQMT, TMOT, LCAI, Swiftrade, Amber, PT Dolok Permai, International Asset Management, Pacific Continental Securities, and the Capital Growth Report, Amber's newsletter. As clients, these companies contributed in generating at least part of the $3,537,397 in revenues "reported" by ZSUN.

According to GAAP, transactions involving related parties cannot be presumed to have been carried out at arm's length and FASB Statement No. 57 requires specific disclosure of material related party transactions. Will this disclosure be provided?

CEO Tobin, where are the financials and where is the disclosure!

Buyer Beware!
