I believe it does.

I also understand Intel has something called Timna up its sleeve.

Intel does, and the NSM deal gives a greater potential for a more focused competitor. As it turns out, that more focused competitor will be NSM, so the negative on Intel isn't that large.

That said, I really thought the market had more than discounted this news in NSM stock. Reason #1,352,592 that I don't day trade.
