I haven't looked at the details of the case, but it looks like this case was settled for little more than nuisance value, and (fairly blind guess) will probably get less than a dollar a share to the class members. Depending how it's set up, it may depend on how many shareholders submit proofs of claim, i.e., on how many pieces the finite pie is divided into.
