AOLers WE demonstrated this today

Control is the ability and willingnes to start, change or stop something at will or determine its fate or future

also;

When a person is competent, nothing can shake his pride.

The world can yell.
But it doesnt shake him.

Have a good night
love to all

Does anyone know where the "TECHNICIAN" is? He predicted a drop to 100. He also said he would sell his shares at the open to lock in profits.

I told him to cover his short position today in case he was short ....which I believe he was.

In any case, the technician was............WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I posted last night....AOL always bounces of its 50 day moving average...........well today .......IT DID!!!!

Those who sold out of fear now have regret. Those who held with fear now are vindicated. Tomorrow will be a great day for AOL longs.

Keep an ear plugged to what Steve Case will announce this week. According to CNBC, Steve is to make an announcement either this afternoon or tomorrow. No more specifics however, XCIT rallied 21pts on no news!!

Looks like someone knows something and it involves ATHM!!!

Best to all,

Hector

Doug,

Thanks for the kind words. It is not easy not to be panic in this down market. Your cool head prevails over emotion. Congratulations on making some money today. :-)

AOL's history is one of being given up for dead, then coming back and proving everyone wrong. If you remember, the old thread was called "AOL, will it survive?" This happened with the Paul Allen hostile takeover several years ago, with the busy signal problem, and now with the broadband issue. Those who have bought during those times are now or will be wealthy. Those who sold are or will be crying in their beer.
