Chuzz: I understand how you feel about options. You are entitled to your opinion. Yet, I was thinking more about MSD's total compensation. Look at the heads of Disney or Citibank -- they made hundreds of millions of dollars (with options) last year. Yet, their company's did not perform that well for shareholders. DELL has been one of the PREMIERE performers vs. the S & P 500. On the other hand I do agree that options are often given out too easily. Best Regards, Scott
