HI MARK!

Held onto my BEAM and had a good day with METZ which i entered at 26 11/16 at the double bottom.
REgarding FA on BEAM...gotta pass that on since i'm in your footsteps of pure TA and know even less on FA than i know of TA...
Let's hope that tomorrow doesn't get to scary on BEAM...

Stefan

>>>the only fly in the ointment is if ATCI shareholders
are now able to sell their BEAM shares..

As you know by now....Yes, ACTI shareholder's can sell
thier BEAM stock with abandon. With institutional buying,
two buys given in past few days, low PE (compare it to VISX),
they have 25% of market vs. VISX 75%, and I heard S & P
gave it a **** rating (out of five), this baby's going up.

Anyone follow WWCA, no reason for drop except a couple of
analyst downgrades......imo, oversold.

Mark,

That BEAM has some volatility, was in for a short while but closed at end of day. Like the storyline and will be following. CEXP @ 5 1/4 had an interesting closing action today, I scalp it every now and then and am currently flat, rumors going round about the possible sale of the US Delivery operation. CNBC talked today about a battle brewing in the crude oil futures pit between the speculators and the commercials. Commercials are overly short and speculators are overly long, should make for some interesting days ahead. OSX index reversed pretty good from the morning selloff as crude price came back. General market came back pretty well by the close also. OEX put call ratios I have never seen this level for any extended timeframe, currently bullish from a contrarian standpoint.

Good Trading

Dave

Remove NSM and IFMX from my watch list.
Add NOV in as my short term stock.

TA,

I noticed that AXC stopped you out yesterday. I did not have a stop in and so I am still in. Is the bounce still there? The pattern looks like an acending penent or even an acending triangle. We have come to the base of the flagpole. Don't these usually break to the upside? Appreciate your opinion and Tech Analysis...as always.
