Agreed. An INTC board member would be good. But, Mr. Rieman, if CUBE wants to buy a LIBIT, they are capable of doing it without any help. With CUBE's existing debt capacity and cash they could bid up to $800 million.

My bone of contention is that CUBE has had this option for sometime now with no action. It's time to do something or management faces the real risk of a raider taking over (this is why it's risky for existing management to allow the stock to be so low - they're very vulnerable to uninvited guests).
