SLS INDUSTRIES SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH PRUDENTIAL INDUSTRIES Prudential to Use Unidim Ballast in Indoor Parking Garage Fixtures Hanover, Maryland-- May 6, 1999 — SLS Industries, Inc. (OTC BB: SLSI) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Prudential Lighting Corporation of Los Angeles. Prudential has agreed to design, develop, and manufacture the first indoor parking garage fixture specifically for the SLS Unidim Ballast. Jeff Ellis, President of Prudential Lighting Corporation stated, “We look forward to offering the Unidim Ballast fixtures for installation in indoor parking garages. SLS Industries' product line represents a leap forward for the lighting industry and for the High Density Discharge Light.
