Her husband is James "Jaimie" Rubin, Under Secretary of State, who has been all over CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, etc. as the official "Spokesman" for the State Department. I'm surprised you haven't seen him conducting his briefings. On Crossfire and Hardball, they address him as Mr. Secretary.
