Can anyone confirm if QWST may take a strategic position in GBT or
lease their fiber optic lines in Mexico? GBT has 40% of the fiber
optic lines in Mexico and is building an infrastructure in Europe.
Does QWST have expansion plans outside U.S. Also Mobilcom, it was
reported by thestreet.com today, is looking to expand into fiber
optics and will allocate 500 million DMs to that end. Here is more
background on GBT. The most significant for me are 7 and 8. This
is the most global fiber optics infrastructure company I've seen
with a strong presence in Mexico, Europe and China.

I think that we might have a Bottom here. The three month Candle stick is showing a Hammer. Could be a Bottom. I am seeing this on AOL and Dell as well.
