Ed, this thread and the comments are based on complete heresay. i say this in a advocate way , enough time has passed for someone to post the contract that all of this legality is based on. is there someone out there who has done due diligence. until the contract is posted, lurkers on the thread will be very suspiciuos and they will not view anything as positive until they are able to see the documents that all of this is based on. v
