I don't think you should worry about the prolonged campagne! As I wrote you last week, the Kosovo crisis is coming to an end by the end of May. Here we are, Rugova is freed to travel and Cernomyerdin is going to get the peace a chance. As I wrote earlier, he has to succeed as the man who brought peace to Balkans becaue he will be the next Russian President!!

If Serbs let go with Rogova, it is because there is an agreement
to bring this crisis to and end! Else, they would have kept him! Rugova is a moderate and credible leader for Kosvars, becasue the military leadership of KLA is not
acceptable to NATO, Russians, and Serbs! So, peace maybe on hand, and
you may have to travel to Vienna to buy me a cup of coffee at Zacher!
