I spoke to Henry. The plans are for the 10Q to be out on the 17th. He also says the document, as expected, won't be pretty. As we all know they were doing a lot of reorganizing and structural development while receiving little revenue. They want to include a developmental statement instead of having a conference call. They want to try and give an explanation of why the expenses and what they are for. Also they want to paint the picture of where they are going. The attempt also is to meld the statement into a company picture instead of one with three divisions. TSIG is also trying to set a shareholders meeting. If everything can get done in preparation, it will be in June. If not July. Statements not legally binding to TSIG or myself. Taken from the best of my memory. Add this paragraph when using the above text in the future when attempting to create a binding document or accuse someone of a falsehood. Bob
