In the 10K statement the following reference to a "consulting" agreement is made:

8. Subsequent Event and Option to Purchase Common Stock: The Company entered into a consulting agreement on February 15, 1999, the object of which is to achieve visibility for the Company on the public market. The agreement is for three months. The Company also granted an option for the purchase of 300,000 shares of the Company's common stock as follows: 100,000 shares at the closing bid price at the time of the agreement, 100,000 shares at the bid price plus $1.00 and 100,000 shares at the bid price plus $2.

This consulting agreement ends next Saturday. With 300,000 shares of the companies common stock on the table, this should greatly influence the swings of the share prices over the coming week. No?
