I got it from Decision Point Weekly Commentary several times in the past 6 months. The end of the 10- and 20-week cycles measured from the October 8 low should be Thursday February 25. I believe the actual bottom was 3 days later and 70 Dow points lower on March 2 or 3 the following Tuesday or Wednesday. The Nasdaq low was about 50 points lower than February 25's low. Considering that last October was such a severe decline, it's still an open question that the market is going to have a 9-month cycle low next or a 12-15 month cycle low. April 15 should have been approximately the end of the first two-thirds of the 40-week cycle. All three should bottom by mid July according to the 9-month cycle.

The US Dollar Index today followed through on its trendline break.
It's close to setting a new lower low. Tomorrow is the G-8 meeting on Kosovo settlement plans.
