I want to thank Louis, Susan, Rose, and any others that helped call the companies to verify earnings dates. I'm currently doing the next batch and finding some good ones again. I might need another few phone calls but fortunately I only have to deal with 10 pages now instead of 22. I just want to add that since there are a few companies that report in the morning, check the 4 or 5 earnings plays for that day in Yhoo.. biz.. to see if they have reported. SZA and WEN reported but have yet to bounce a second time. I wouldn't be surprised if they will bounce soon as well. I know you all love the net stocks, as do I. I wouldn't have picked up TBFC when it was barely up 1/2 point if I were not in love with the nets, but that doesn't mean we should disregard the earnings plays or watch lists plays that don't quite move that much. It is these earnings plays that make for good intermediate holds. If you see a company that is relatively unknown like IDGB and you see such a chart and such a rise in 2-3 days it should push you into considering getting onto this one either for intermediate hold or at least to buy at any and every dip. The same is true for MAST, EXPD, and BBOX. WE really can't say the same for TBFC because no matter how much we may be in awe of it, in the back of our mind is the fear it could do another deep correction. I'm not sure how many of you would hold it for a 3-4 week span and just go about your business. I certainly won't. You have no such fear from BBOX, PWR, FRNT,FWRD, not until next quarter. WE have some new earnings plays this quarter like ETEK, that likewise have incredible one day gains. Some telecom companies are fantastic and afford good gains as well. Not to mention AMAT and its sector. Also don't overtrade. Don't go in and out 15-20 times a day if you don't have to. 4 or 5 good trades a day is quite enough for a 5-15 point gains. I'm not sure if that much trading points to anything except lack of confidence and trading acumen. Of course I know some of you are exceptions and playing both sides both long and short, but I doubt if that describes that many of you.
