Mike, if I read the PR correctly it says that ININ has a minority interest in WOWS.

This might actually be a winner! Look at what happened to ININ pre and post split ... it made a lot of people rich! No wonder people are buying this stock with such a huge spread. Looks like ININ did this successfully the first time and they are now making another attempt.
At least if you call being a penny stock "success" either way, you can't argue with the huge price increase pre and post ...

And from what BOOB said, the same thing happened with ICEP ... no wonder people like the sound of this one ... the past often predicts the future. We'll see ...

I'm hanging on to this one for a little while I think

No, ININ did not acquire WOWS...it purchased a minority stake:
