Eric, I believe that your wrong in your assumption, as a way for them to get out with grace. Dont forget I said "if they choose to". Sometimes giving someone the option to leave is the best way to keep them friends. It will be interesting to see what the regulators have AT&T do with UMG's shares of RR. One thing is certain, we are going to hear a lot of verbage about the evil empire AT&T and its monopolistic ways. Politicians are going to adore all the attention. Just think- they get to blast the very same hated evil cable monopolies they have been supporting all these years. Eric
