frank, like you i cannot understand how
a co like T can build a monopoly in cable
while msft is in court trying to help the
judge understand the rapidly changing tech
landscape.

side note...i was on aol for the first time
friday & saw how it gives you a choice between
netscape & msft browser. it hit home that this
"choice" will end before the ink dries on the
trial verdict.

tough if not impossible to calculate cost of this
trial to msft. imagine gates & co having to 2nd
guess every decision due to impact it might have
on things.

- the case is disgraceful b/c the DOJ is run by Clintonistas who'd rather confiscate wealth.

- Instead, look at all the jobs & benefits MSFT has given the last 20 years.
