"Did you ever study physics??"

Let's see...an object that is in motion will tend to stay in motion, and an object at rest will tend to stay at rest unless influenced by an outside force.

Gee, does this apply to the stock market? I am heading home right now and brushing the dust off of that physics book!

Have you heard about black holes? Trust me, amzn is not a black hole.
Msft is.

1. Energy can be transferred and transformed, but it can not be either created or destroyed (the 1st law, i.e., conservation)

2. Every energy transfer or transformation increases the entropy of the universe. (the 2nd law)

...and then there is free energy ...G = H - TS....now all we have to do viz AMZN and other issues, is determine: deltaG =deltaH - TdeltaS and we'll never lose another night's sleep over the market again.
