All failed companies that SHAL changed the names a few times on and did reverse splits on, then issued restricted dividend IPO/SPOD/stock dividend/spin-off. They really don't know what to call it. They have described it all of these ways in their press releases. Didn't you read the KRAB post I did? You did not get ULAB, you got the KRAB's. Why would anyone want the KRAB'S? Then toady's announcement. A restaurant that failed in 1995 and they jackhammered the building and built a shopping mall on the property. This would be good except you did not get the shopping mall. There is plenty more coming since Truthseeker loves to tease the masses with new undiscovered information on SHAL daily. Its a terrible company so stop your lies. Its a "Stock Rig" and will go down as one of the greatest CON games WallStreet has ever seen. You should call Garrett Krause and tell him to sue me.
