IVS INTELLIGENT VEHICLE SYSTEMS INC. ("IVM") - Remain Suspended Further to the VSE Notice dated October 30, 1998, trading in the securities of the Company will remain suspended. The Exchange's review of the affairs of the Company continues. The issues which are currently outstanding are: * Repayment of the cash advances of approximately $2.5 million to McCarney Technologies Inc. ('MTI') over the past several years; * Administrative independence of the Company from MTI; and * Recovery of $319,960 or 421,000 free trading shares of the Company from 526053 B.C. Ltd., a private company which is controlled by James McCarney. Members are prohibited from trading in the shares of the Company until further notice.
