I-Watch reported roughly about 60M buying and 15M selling interest by institutions today with about 2/3 of the activity or 10M by institutions. Based on a good day today and assuming a stable market tomorrow and no good or bad news Compaq will IMHO move upward to 24 5/16 falling back to a closing at 24 1/16. New readers take note that I am wrong more than right, so there is a better chance we will loose a point rather than gain one. These predictions are solely to encourage all the holders of this stock.

Look Ahead upped its prediction for tomorrow from closing in 22s to 23s. Their prognosis for next week is back to 22s.

I have yet to speak with anyone at CPQ who would disagree with that. Many people in CPQ respected EP but few liked him, and in the last 18 months confidence in his leadership had seriously eroded at least among the people I have talked with.
