Sorry. Guess I had run out of patience. <g> Now, let me explain my reason for lurking here in the first place.

I own stock in Southwest Securities (SWS), which, as you may know, owns a considerable chunk of NITE stock. The incredible run-up in NITE has obviously done a great deal for SWS's net worth. Investors apparently caught on to that about a month ago, because that is when SWS's ups and downs (mostly ups, fortunately) began to track NITE's ups & downs very closely. (You can see that if you graph their performance.)

Now, a very knowledgeable SI member told me that NITE will probably be making a secondary offering soon, in connection with which he expects some sort of a sell-off. He suggested that if SWS's performance is that closely linked to NITE's, I might think of unloading at least some of my SWS stock now. (I should say that I am a buy-and-holder by temperament -- in other words I am lazy -- and I should prefer not to do that.) Can anyone tell me about this secondary offering, and share with me what they think its effects will be (granted that none of us are prophets)? Or direct me to posts on this thread where the matter is discussed (so I won't have to wade through the you-know-what)?

Thanks in advance.
