I do not understand why everyone is so nasty towards me. Why do you insinuate that I will "try to screw" you more? When did I "screw" you before?

Please make sure that you read my previous posting, to see what my intentions are - they are nothing but good intentions.

I believe that I stated in an earlier posting that my preference would have been to not have to seek shareholder approval for a further consolidation - I would much rather see us come out with news of positive developments in Iran, or elsewhere, and have the stock go up over US$1. And this could still very well happen by July 20th. But good, significant deals in the oil patch take a long time to put together, and I did not think that we could take the risk of hoping for this to happen soon enough to avoid delisting from NASDAQ. To me, the much safer, wiser, and more prudent way to go was to do the consolidation (to save the listing), and then follow up with a rights offering (which helps the shareholders get back some of their stock, at a discount to market, as well as it refinances the company).

I strongly feel that doing anything to risk losing the NASDAQ listing is a "death wish" - without the listing, Tracer will go nowhere. Therefore, as I said in my last posting, if Tracer is delisted from NASDAQ, then I guarantee to all of you who seem to have something against me that I will resign.

Also, I am definitely listening to your concerns - I guarantee that the frequency of communication (i.e. number of news release) will definitely increase.

Now, time to go to bed - lots of work to do tomorrow to try to make you disgruntled shareholders a little happier.
