A good gyro is to be treasured. No, not treasured...worshipped! LOL! I see you worship some of the same Greek gods I do<g>. Well, I woke up this morning, and just like Michael Landon in "I Was a Teenage Werewolf," I checked my hands from back to front to back, and looked my self over in the mirror, and remarkably I hadn't changed at all. Phew! I survived another episode of gasterointestinally poor judgement. I do have this strange urge to watch Anthony Quinn movies, but worse things could happen. Thanks to Chef X-Ray, we now know everything there is to know about Tsatziki. And my apologies if there were a few extra bubbles in the tub last night<g>. Chris I think I'll just have plain old pancakes for breakfast...
