I believe that you are correct about the "The New America" section being a paid for thing. I believe that even though IBD is making money from the companies that they still have to be able to meet certain IBD standard's. What ever that means. Don't know if they include OTC:BB's within this section. I do not that any company that does get mention is going to shoot up in value. IBD is very good at promoting a stock. It would be great exposure for PNLK and I do expect that it will happen someday. You want to have plenty of shares before that happens. FTM
