what do you think of the trading lately.

I have never been able to buy 10,000 shares of a penny at the bid... only if they move the ask down to my standing order?

what gives. maybe i should change brokers?

It Looks to me that (as you said ) Black Sea tried to file an appeal (which in most cases you have thirty days) But in this case it appears that it was also dismissed. MOOT HA HA HAH
