Truly, given the intensity and tenacity of Floydie and his camp followers I can not envision he filing a complaint with the SEC. I do not know what his motivation is, I have asked him if he receiving monetary compensation for his efforts and did not answer my question. I will admit that he is tenacious although belittling others and repeating posts over and over take away from his bedside manner... If he would channel his efforts away from the the darkside he has the potential to be an asset to whatever he does. As for his touters, they bring nothing to the table but a little hero worship and I think detract from the msg. he is trying to send... Just very curious as to his motivations.... This just doesn't seem to be his hobby... I just hope that at least some of the finer qualities presnt in Foldie rub off to his camp followers and they will mature all the faster... Ultimately, perhaps, the SEC and or the courts will decide the facts of the matter. As share price, that will be up to us......

Crazy Eddie Antar could have not thought up a better plan. The insiders have free trading stock from the shells. The lemmings will get their restricted shares for one full year. Maybe the lemmings will add to their restricted shares by SHAL's missleading press releases. The insiders will sell all year and be very happy at John Q publics stupidity. Self promoting P.R. companies owned by SHAL putting strong buy recomendations on their own stocks. What a evil plan.
