He and his cohorts misrepresent and twist everything to confuse. It is irrelevant whether the properties are moved into another corporate entity or stay where they are. The stock dividend does not represent dilution. They could always reverse split if they needed to dilute without moving the properties anywhere. There is no dilution unless they issue more shares over and beyond the stock dividend. What has been going on with the ore at Catan and could it be used to finance drilling? Could CDCH be used as a financing vehicle? He doesn't even consider any of these options because there is only one agenda from these people, and everyone knows what it is.
