Fred; I am also an ex-employee of CUBE (semi-side) Divi spin-off was seriously considered, but due to 5 year tax waiting period they decided against it. I was also told to stick around for 5 months. I see a bright future for CUBE. DIVI is doing great, momentum is behind the set-up business. the communication is doing good, only the consumer side is lagging behind. they have a new guy heading that side of the business, but I am less certain of their long term success. Semi side can also do good, if they focus more. This stock at $25 certainly improves the moral on both sides. name me any semi company that has a 60% GM, but less than 1X of market cap. The ones that I know they are all about 8 to 10x on the market cap. I see positive things happening, but like David the fruits will come around by Dec of 2001. let's wait and see
