CPU get THWACKED. Ow! Doh! Margins down. Sales in established stores down. Total sales up. Loss explained due to new operational computer systems and internet expenses. I translate that to mean Dell and Gateway are killing them, and nobody knows or would bother with a CPU website. Low margins are due to selling cheap boxes. If they had the will and the vision, they could sell macs. I mean get out and sell them. They don't have what it takes to compete with on-line. Maybe there is data to be mined on Mac sales, but I'm thinking CPU is not cutting the mustard for apple. Web
