A company's annual- sales to market- capitalization is a common determination of value("market-cap valuations"). This is what may come to meet between the two companies. I will not pay a market-cap. valuation in excess of 2 for much of the market; it has always proved to be a mistake in the long-run. Today, that would be considered cheap. It demonstrates how far we have come, but more importantly, how far we have yet to go. This mountain has two-faces, so to speak. Take care, Terrence
