No, Ausdauer. To me, it looks like the anti-takeover measures were instituted by management, for management. All of a sudden, the dreams of a hostile takeover bidding war are history. I'm always amazed how shareholders always seem to view these "rights plans" as a positive, when all they really do is prohibit people from buying your shares without management's consent (or other shareholders' consent).

If someone wants to buy my shares at $15, it should be my decision, not management's. These sorts of poison pills should be illegal.
