Hey Victor,

I had that problem with the Priceline IPO. I found out that you need to do a significant number of trades to get a prefered status. The new E*offerings deal will give people more access due to the fact that the firm is going to focus on raising money for new companies through investment. when you get a chance check out the E*offering sneak preview on the E*trade homepage.
