Anthony, I suppose you are right. Sometimes it is best to be radical and stop the cancer before it goes any further. But like I said previously, investors should never be in such a situation. Scams have no place in our markets. And our governments have an obligation to maintain the integrity of the system. Unfortunately, I don't think that the safeguards placed by governments to protect investors from this type of abuse is greatly inadequate. And the punishment for perpetrators of these frauds is laughable. SirVinny
