SO, I posted previously that for the last two weeks plus my intraday readings have shown that the bigger players have been cutting down on their positions in the market and the techs in particular. That means there is money sidelined that could come back into the market. However, the players are now positioned to let the market fall (reduced equity longs & puts), they've not only been lightening their positions, they have also switched money into defensive plays(such as pharms, & (GG) ... Goldman Sachs has IPO'd.

My negative stance is, however, mitigated by the end of day strength. Whatever happens, I guess the whipsaw action is here for the time being ..... so there's chances to play it both ways ... though short is still more comfortable for me right now !!

I guess either you are a night owl ... or live on the West Coast like myself !!

Good luck

Stephen
