The company's first shareholder's meeting will be held on May 10th. The company will be submitting its 10SB May 11. My understanding is that it will probably take 60 days from that before we become reporting.

Thanks for all the messages. One of the reasons I went ahead with this is that much of the good thinks happening in this field is coming out of Canada (IATV for one). Also, with a Canadian wife who has a background in communications I have a spur to participate.
