Serge - what makes you imply that all NN investors are Canadians? Or that Canadian companies are not 'American' companies? It's no wonder that you're 'astounded' about anything.

Too bad today's drop stopped short of your standard for a really big disaster. You don't work in TV news by any chance?

Apologies to all for complete lack of NN content. Serge's post caused an itch and I had to scratch it.

I was a buyer today.

Serge, it is interesting that the media comes out with such comments after the fact. If the professor was so confident about his theory than he should have brought it to the public's attention. Which I am sure he wanted to do. All I have to say is that NN has been expanding aggresively lately and hey I work in high tech as a well and the intense pressure placed on sales executives is immense.

As a matter of fact, I have heard that sales execs at NN must perform otherwise risk being terminated. Large companies like SAP and NN are known for territory rotation to allow for effectice sales efforts.
If the orders came in at the last minute and the customer did not get delivered in that quarter...means they will be serviced in the following quarter. Which can only mean that sales are going to be very high in the next two quarters. I know sales reps who find shortages are part of doing business.
I am NE. & welcome to THE NEW ECONOMY Serge. P.S. I bought more stock yesterday.
