From the sound of things it seems the only way to keep "the faith" and keep DR's dream alive is to get the stock over $1 without further rollbacks. It would appear that a few well healed and company confident shareholders should step to the plate and buy on the open market and keep the stock above a buck until Iran is a done deal. Maybe the shareholders need to give DR a boost and back their stock(dollar cost average). Then no rollback would be needed and the NASDAQ listing would be in place for several months to allow for financing if anything good transpires. Just my thought. Its not like you have 30 million shares out-all you need is solidarity and no shorting. As a former shareholder I kind of like what I see and will ponder a future return while monitoring developments.

I urge all shareholders to wait for further details on what Tracer is proposing regarding the rights offering before you hastily vote against the consolidation - the rights offering will only happen if the consolidation is approved, and Tracer retains the NASDAQ listing.

I hope to have some more concrete information for you in the next day or two.
