Are you forgetting they're are a couple of more lawsuits approaching your door steps.

Like the one AZNT's been threatening to bring since October? I've explained to you many times why the "AZNT Legal Team" wouldn't want to deal with our discovery questions, and why they'd be even less happy to see us on the witness stand.

Why would anybody listen or believe one word you say?

Because I do good research and am usually right. As I have been with AZNT. All along. I don't know why you have such difficulty seeing this: nothing you've ever been told--by Gary Dobry or by company officials--has actually happened.

Cryogenic Solutions Inc. Now Providing Beta Test Kits to Universities and Commercial Biotechs

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 1999--Cryogenic Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB: CYGS) has provided beta test kits of the company's proprietary single stranded DNA Intracellular Expression Vector (ssDNA IEV) to The Whittier Institute for Diabetes, University of California, San Diego; and to Brigham and Women's Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Requested Beta test kits await shipment to other investigators pending transfer agreements from the universities and research facilities.

In addition to the University research centers listed here and in previous announcements, the company has shipped the vector to the Functional Genomics Division of Genzyme Corporation (NASDAQ:GENZ) and to AVI BioPharma, Inc (NASDAQ:AVII) with agreements to test the vector for various applications.
