IINT looks very interesting. They actually own 2,920,700 shares of TENF. According to the most recent S-1/A, the TENF deal will be priced in a range of $13-15 per share. If TENF pops to $20, that works out to approximately $1.87 per IINT share. Discount that by 40% and you are left with $1.12 per share. Additionally, IINT has about $1.41 in cash per share and is profitable. The stock was as high as $25 3/4 per share two years ago. What happened?
